No Healthy Ageing Tour Junior Women in 2021

In the past period, we have done everything we can to allow the Healthy Aging Tour for junior women to take place. We have not received permission from the relevant authorities involved. The reason is that it is currently not allowed in the Netherlands to organize sports events under the age of 18. For a long time we tried to get the junior women to piggyback with the women elite. For a long time that seemed like a good opportunity.

Events are currently prohibited and an exception is only possible if the sporting event consists of professional athletes only, the participants have NOC NSF status or contains a group of athletes who will be active in the Olympic Games. Then an exception is possible according to the law.

We have done everything we can to make the junior women's competition possible. Unfortunately it did not work.
